Do you know how newsgroups work?

I recently put his latest mix (perceptions 14) in the a.b.sounds.mp3.dance group.

Well, for a detailed explanation on newsgroups, go here:

But the bottom line is: You need a newsreader. I use newsbin pro for the binaries groups (the groups where you can download files), but you can use Outlook Express if you like. Also: your ISP has to offer you a binary news-server to be able to download from these groups. (something like news.provider.com of newsbin.provider.com)
Maybe you can check the website of your ISP for more help.
