Total Confusion was a series of underground rave parties hosted in Robert Leiners hometown Gothenburg in the early 90s. Most of the parties were closed down by the police back. This is one of the very few recorded sets from those parties.

Future Sound of London - Papua New Guinea can be spotted in this and among other tracks an obscure track with a sample from the Sega game Altered Beast "RISE FROM YOUR GRAVE!"
