This DVD documentary is exclusively available here before the official North American release date of 7 February 2006. Pre-orders will be shipped on 16 December just in time for Christmas (you must select Express Shipping in order to receive the DVD by Christmas). Orders received after 16 December will ship out soon thereafter, so you still get the DVD well before 7 February 2006.
