email settings??

Hi,

I was wondering what the email settings are for tranceaddict.net?

I have a verizon cell phone with wireless sync and want to be able to send my email wirelessly to my cell phone

But Im not sure if tranceaddict is a pop account, imap or what.

Can someone help me with the email settings, such as the email server address, if its a pop account or imap account, etc??
