Interesting...no real opinion about it though, as I'm not up to speed on all that right now, but, the one thing that caught my attention on the news here in the U.S. yesterday was Britain's supposed re-assurances to France that the dense black cloud created from the burning oil that is floating south over their country is in fact, "non-toxic". 
"Yes, Tally-Ho ole chaps, yes...no need to worry about that little ole cloud. Why, it's completely non-toxic old boy! Yes, yes...in fact, we're recommending you seek it out...breathe it in and what-not....GOOD FOR THE SKIN old-fellow! You'll be right as black-rain in no time...Cheerio!"
