So apparentely the UN report was actually much much more damning of specific members of the Syrian leadership than what was given to the security council. How do we know this? In a typical act of retardation, they released a word document of the report and forgot to turn off track/highlight changes. What were some of the changes made? Ohhh how about the deletion of several ... sensitive names from the report:
