I just hope the extremist types don't see this as "Canadian troops in Iraq" seeing as how although it's hush hush, JTF2 was for sure involved. (I also heard on the news the RCMP was involved also).

Also, to be quite honest, I'm happy these men are safe, but what the hell were they thinking. They should consider themselves lucky they were rescued at all, because their governments told them PLENTY of times not to go. The leader of the group they are affiliated with was in bad taste when he made a statement to the press, Im not even sure he thanked the rescuers formally, think he just rambled on about how the war was a bad idea and it's all the USA's fault blah blah blah, and that its the USA's fault that the aid workers had to go there...
