Track 17 is VIP 3000 - The Combat
I'm sooo addicted to that track right now

And AFAIK the underworld song isn't the PVD mix (I don't think there is one, correct me if I'm wrong)
Paul just started one of his tracks and let the underworld song continue for quite a while before completely switching over it sounds like to me.

Track 8: Bismark "Reactivate(Trasp 1 mix)"

...and a correction: Track 15's real name is "Die Blechtrommel"

Can anybody tell me where (@ what track) part 2 starts?

Yes, indeed it has (over a year old), although you might have better luck finding it at Media-records germany/italy or at BXR, as Nukleuz is "only" the British sub-label of these. Otherwise, I think you should be able to find it at MP3...
