Help IDing a Tune (No Sample)

Back in towards the start of the year I was watching a hard trance session on MTV Dance (yeah yeah, cheese I know) and a new track came on. It was a pretty good instrumental hard trance record. I checked around the next day for it online, thinking that cos it had a video it would have a CD single, but I couldn't find it anywhere, even on vinyl. Since then I haven't heard of it once.

Anyway I'm wondering what it is. I can't remember that artist, but the track name was something involving Wave, maybe Ultimate Wave, and it was on Above the Sky Records or something like that. The video was this guy in a house who gets a post card and then goes on a run into the countryside, eventually reaching the sea.

Good track indeed, features the Original Trance Mix and the Alphazone rmx on vinyl 1, and the B.Beach Breaks rmx and Airbase rmx on vinyl 2. Chemical Records (www.chemical-records.co.uk) still has the remix vinyl in stock, don't know about the first one
