The reactive "gif" picture I have is something I had in my computer.
If you like to put up something like this go to your "user Control Panel profile" and click "edit options" then scroll down to the button that says "change avatar" push it and click YES to the right were it says "custom avatars" then you can choose between to just type in a URL to the picture you wanna use or click the "browse" button to upload from your own computer, I have done the second option and I guess most people have done it like that also.

BTW I'm listening to Armin van Buuren - Basic instinct right now, never had the time before to listen to it, it´s really good actually
