Could be Matt Darey - You And Me. I need more of a example to help you out but Matt Darey - You and Me rings a bell to my mind and it was relaeased in the 90's and I am thinking the summer of 99 when he released this mix. Try that and if its it then cool cool but if not then I don't know what to tell you.
