Hey.
-Good Indian groove. I might recomend bringing it in slower.
-Interesting mix of Indian and Australian styles .
-The vocals are a little offbalance with the EQ. One important thing to remember is that vocals, esepcially those that are spoken, arent meant to be used to drive the song. Therefore, theres not much need to have a thick lower end to the spectrum on the vocals. I'm not saying kill the entire bottom end, that would make the sound brittle and telephone-like, but just drop the lower end off with a 12dB highpass filter and set it around 600Hz or so. Use the song 'Eye Wall - Bad Deal' as a good reference for these types of vocals .
-The grungy bass is good, but a little too loud. Seems to just be dropped in accidently becuase it isnt melding right now. Drop the volume and it should fit right in.
-Decent break. I like the square you have going on in it.
-Awesome breakin. It makes the connection well.
-Good grinding rythm. It fits the song very well. Its repetative but not overly noticable.
Overall, its a good track. There is one thing I'd like to point out though that would only be noticable in a mix with other songs; through the entire track, the highs are lacking. The entire track seems to be under a lowpass filter giving it a... dead feel, no vibrance or excitement. I think if you could correct just the highs, you have a decent song, but it would be a great song if you patched it up some more .
Grade A
Cheers,
Zac
