This is the song I came up with for the Fruityloops competition in the production forum. This is 100% fruity, no outside vsts or anything were used.
Anyway, I seem to have returned to the epic trance style just as I predicted I would. There are still a few things I think I wanna tweak. The breaks section seems a little tame and some levels still might be a little off.
Wow. This is a pretty damn good track man. I really dont have few complaints. The track could use a bit better mastering but its not at all bad. If you are interested in talking business, please drop me a line. (darksword87@hotmail.com)

In terms of overall impression, this song is conclusive evidence that amateur equipment has nothing to do with amateur sound. This track is very pro.
The only thing I don't like all that much is the muddy pad-like sounds later in the break. It sounds like something out of sytrus, and it just adds this jumbled, semi-melodic feel that doesn't help with the sound of the track all that much.
The breakbeat is very nice, but I'd like it if your loop were longer than four bars, just because with so few bars, you're not giving enough room for breakbeat creativity.

hey tyler had a listen and this sounds great man, you'd have to seriously do some of the coolest breakbeats ive heard.. loved the ones in the collab with blustorm.. seriously owns me . keep it up buddy!
jex, you nailed the two things that i was really unsure of in the track. i kinda like the dry sound of the pad, but its still not sitting right to completely please me. i was also planning on elaborating on the breakbeats, but i just watned to be done with the track i'm gonna go back tomorrow and hack em up real nice.
I like it , you should do it again with vsts cuz i think iot has greazt potential

Nice job on doing this with Fruity things only.
However the tune it self didn't really touch me like Bluestorm.

Fruity Competition..?? Is that over yet? Cause i need to be in there
Anyways this sounds pretty nice. Pretty full sound. I'd look at the percs once, they need to be just a tad more upfront in the mix. Should give this more drive! Well the leads have a lot of high too, maybe that's the cause. They're arguing with each other..
Nice break here dude, nice repeated snare there, try to fill it up just a bit. Right after that, that melody is fucking great man! LUUVVVLY! Gonna be hard to beat you, I'm sure.
Sounds nice mate, pure fruity power I think. I think this might sound even better than some productions made with hardware that have been released lol
You think it's still ok to make a 'pure' FL Studio track for that compo? Because looking at the thread it seemed it died out a bit and nothing happened after the deadline.
Cheers,
Wim

Wow credit were due! this is a stormer! Reminds me of the Darren Tate/Jurgen Vries sound! To say its done with only FL plugin's this should hopefully be the example that shut's any FL Studio critic up!
