something about the 70's disco beat ( the bad kind of disco ) just makes the track sound almost karaoke. I would redo the drums as they really are killing the track. the drum track sounds like you ripped it from dancing queen - Abba. Same groove anyhow.

This reminds me of something very Euro, can't think what though.

Drums don't bother me at all and I'm finding the thing infuriantingly catchy. Bass is perfect.

Thank you very much for the comments guys!

@Mad for Brad: I can understand it a little bit about the drums, the pattern is very simple but I like it this way since there's the percussion for the groove behind it. If I get more comments about the drums I will consider changing it!

Thanks for listening!

it is the bass in combination with the drums. To be honest, it sounds like a bad country karaoke version with that awful module sounding snare and the bass pattern which is typically found in country music. And then the lame disco beat.

Not really sure what you were trying to do but the rhythm section needs a lifejacket.

In terms of production skills you can't fault this, but I am with Brad on the rest though.
Dolly Parton or Joe Cocker wouldn't sound out of place on this, and it's not jazzy enough to be lounge.

Don't get me wrong, it's technically a bad piece of music and I am a big fan of what you normally do but this just sounds naff in my honest opinion.

I think you would be better off using something within the realms of what Massive Attack would do to give it an edge.

Sorry dude, hope I haven't upset you, but really not feeling this as it currently stands. As I said though, technically outstanding as it is very well produced.

Cheers
Nem

Excelent composition, the best I have seen so far, and you have good ear. But I think the sound dont matchs to the style, either I would change the sound style or I would change the music style..

Is like the song I would be hearing while sitting in the plane before departure, it lacks personality... but lot of potential, keep up!

LOLL!!!! now I see it "Hans Zimmer"
