Don't take this as a critique as I don't feel I'm qualified do give such for this competition, but in terms of a taste response it seems too similar to the original. Now for me if it's similar it HAS to be better, but the original is better.

Personally I want to hear the vocals with new instrumentation entriely.

Sounds good mix wise.

You weren't the only one to tell me that it sounds close to the original mix. Funnily enough, I hadn't heard it until I finished the remix project!
