Ive got sometimes the same problem. If I post a sample which is about 500 000 bytes, it somehow get's larger during the upload session and gets over the maximu size, I dunno why. Maybe u should try to post a sample between 400 000 - 450 000 bytes (if u didnt do so earlier)...
