The entire song seems to be a buildup, but doesnt get anywhere. Make the hi-hats louder, or lower the kick.

Needs more fx and variation with percs. Maybe a BG fx pad too.

Well, techno is based on hooks, they don't have specific theme. This just builds and builds.
