I listened, and I'm gonna be pretty short about it.

Toss out all your samples, and invest in/collect a good sounding sample database, and maybe some nice basic synth plugs i.e. vanguard. Then find out how you can use fx like reverb and delay (listen to existing records and where they use it and how). After that, there's other things to focus on, but this has to get out of the way first imo.
