a little repetitive, maybe change it up a little with some extra melodies or pads. The bass is really good though, and the sounds are great too.

Production-wise it's good! Solid bass, smooth hats, good freq distribution. There's a serious oldschool vibe going on, with that snareless beat, the rather high kick and the overall very blankety, very constant energy level. Most of today's releases are a lot more pop-structured (but then again, there are hardly any 9+ minute releases any more either). When the snare comes in, it's almost foreign, and maybe the time before you spend with it before you go into the breakdown is a little short compared to the intro before it. The breakdown itself I found melodically awkward initially (the pads), the pluck line works well though. I wished for something rhythmical going on during that time, to make it easier to distinguish when the beat would drop again. Overall the tune feels like the first foothills of an epic 20 minute track, rather than a self-contained and complete effort. I kept waiting for the main part to happen, and suddenly I was at 8:30 and the track was about over. There is no main part in this, is my impression.

But I have to ask: Did you actually mean to call it Rouge City or did you misspell your track's title?!

Nice progression on the intro. Great sounds in there. Perhaps a little long for my taste though.
5:07! Very nice melody there. Maybe this could have been incorporated in the beat after the break somehow
It works well as an atmospheric piece and it all sounds very well mixed and professional. Well done
