Right, commenting as I listen...

Nice intro.
Waaay too much reverb on the hats.
The clap doesn't fit at all, sounds way too plastic.
The piano is too dry compared to everything else.
Breaks sound way too simplistic, mainly due to the lack of other percs than the obvious and hardly any variation.
Lack of additional fx and submelodies really make it sound one dimensional.
Way too long for the elements it has - it just keeps repeating the same pattern over and over and by 5 minutes I am already bored.

Right, what you need to do is seriously vary those percs and add some variation to the overall tune. What you have here is the front but you have nothing beneath it. These kind of tunes definitely need to have more than what meets the eye. Sure, you've got new synth layers coming in all the time but they all play more or less the same pattern.

I didnt mind the reverb on the his, its sounded pretty good but that snare is just way to weak to ride through the whole song... still pretty cool tho, and has a nice chill vibe.

definately not way too much reverb on the hats... maybe in general a bit too much delay, the kick is too clicky for a breakbeat tune i think, and clap/snare is too plain. The perc and bass is nice, just sort out the beat and i think youll have a nice tune.
