A little fusion of rock and trance. (incomplete)

This track is a little fusion of Rock and Trance, or at least it will be later. I'm still getting the progression straight and it's not finished at all. Any comments, ideas on progression, how it sounds, feel free.

First of all, your tune is very silent. I had to turn my speakers up all the way, but that can be fixed for the final tune

I dont really get the rock feeling. The tune doesnt sound "rocky" in any way. Even if youre gonna add some guitars later on, the track will not be very much rock, much rather trance.
The supersaws(?) in the end are very droning. Try to detune them less, maybe use Chorus FX on them.
Then you need more clarity in the upper frequencies by boosting the upper frequencies of your synths and adding some hi-freqency percussive elements, otherwise it will sound muffled.

Hmm, to make this more "rocky" you could try to add a more "realistic" bass sound. And make full use of additional percussive elements, rimshots, shakers and stuff. That will help you.

Well I think the bassline is kinda rockish on the 1/8 notes, but then again... I dont listen to rock! I plan on changing the saws once I program a good patch into my synths, thats alot of work to make it sound good.

Are you using speakers without woofers? Could be why you had to turn it up cause it sounds fine on mine.
