Wow

You havent seized to amaze me. First desolate morning, now this well arranged composition. Loving the ooh's and ah's at the beginning. Good percussive work. Pads are simply nice. Hope to do some work with you in the future. It seems you know your chord progressions!

Excellent track work. The break has a pad that comes in before the Gameboy-esque melody. I would like to know what synth that i. Sounds marvelous. Very uplifting toon. You wouldnt mind if I added this to my Ipod?

Hey Djoel,

Just heard your track. It is really really nice. Very energetic but still dreamy build up. Very A State Of Trance like. The build up is really good. Maybe a bit too good because I was looking forward to a nice break but that was bit of a letdown.

However between minut 3.00 and 3.30 the track is really good again. Now it reminds more of a track Ferry Corsten did once, called Eon - Pocket Damage.

After 3.30 minutes it seems like you don't know what to with the track anymore. It repeats without any real progression. Too bad, because the lead itself is quite nice. In the melody department the track lacks, it is to monotonous.

Another minor thing : before sending this track to a label make sure you make a longer version with a better introduction. Dj's need to be able to mix in this track without your melodies clashing directly The outrotime of the track is a lot better.

Overall, quite a nice track although ( a lot of energy, nice percussions, professional sounding)but I am not sure it catches people's attention enough melodicwise. But melody is a matter of taste good luck with sending the track to labels

Cheers mate!

baah.

I hate people who are so good at producing.

thats all.

No man j/k this song is really sweet, +the synth (nintendoey thingy) that comes in 2:30 just before you start your breakbeat intrigued me the most, I LOVE IT! what did you use to make this??
..hmm
( still cant hear the difference between melodic and progressive trance though )

Keep the good work up man!

great so far and im already 2min in, exelent break- and awesome energy coming back into the full drive. melody reminds me of an airbase track i really love but the overall song structure and sequence is totally different which is great because if it were too much the same then it would be too close to stealing... this is great tho, lots of drive, lots of energy. i dissagree with nomen on the melody issue, you have one main theme which you develop very well and thats what matters in a song, not how many melodic elements you can throw in there, but how you develop what your idea of the melody or track is.
Great.

*edit: not really progressive.... more uplifting/melodic than progressive here- i think progressive tends to go a bit darker/minimal/more rythmicaly challenging. great nevertheless.

Nice intro, has a PvD-like kick + bass
Good background synths, good pads too.
Nothing all that impressive about the lead, for me. It needs more variation.

Overall: nice mastering, great energy in the kick and bassline, reminds me a bit of Re:Locate - Waterfall in terms of energy.

Also, those congas you hear at the end of the track, you should either include them earlier on and if you are already doing that, turn the volume up, i can't hear them.

Hi bro,
Defently nice feeling to the track.
Really liked what I heard here.
The kick annoyed me a bit and the start but afterwards your layered on another one on top of it (no?) lot better like that. =)
Cool intro, not boring at all, all the synth's keeps you going on waiting for the main part to come in.
I didn't like one synth in the track, the one left in 02.10...I dunno why, maybe it just me. I like harder synth's and all, this one is a bit thin and weak to keep the track going in that calm part but it's defently a matter of choise cause the sound is good just not my style...hehe anyhow I'll shut up now and end this msg with good job bro!

this is definitely uplifting, not progressive.

but it doesn't matter cuz its a really nice track. i was wondering if you made this with a longer kick/percussion intro instead of dropping in the bassline right away? i'd definitely like to mix this into some of my sets and it would be much more dj friendly that way. thanks
