Okay, link worked, I'll post my opinions:
- The break and roll at the beginning sound too fake (more low end hits would help the break), but the synth definitely screams "Mesopotamia".. cool. The kick/snare roll is out of place.
- There is some dissonance in your pad and lead (if its on purpose, that's fine... I may just not be used to dissonance in trance tracks, hehe)
- 2:25.. the samples you've chosen come to life here, and the mood is definitely set
- 3:08 hats too loud, but sound good.. lower it just a small, small touch
- 3:32 it's very hectic, I enjoy this part (especially the lead in with the synth), but it needs EQ on the pad
- synth alone at 4:27 is very awesome!
- Lead at 5:10ish came out of nowhere.. fade it in slowly in volume or LFO. it's a touch too loud and might be conflicting, but I can't really say
Okay, your changes are sudden and chaotic without much smooth transition or hints. The hihat may be a bit too loud in parts, but since the song rises into and out of chaotic motion, i would probably try to automate it. The breaks are a nice touch, but honestly, they just don't seem to add anything useful to it. Especially because they don't sound produced by a dnb/jungle dj due to the lack of low end 808 bassdrum hits.
This would be a good soundtrack piece if a few subtleties were made, btw.
Around 3:32 to 4:55 is the strongest point in the track for me, so perhaps analyzing why and running with that might be helpful. Volumes are also a tad loud in some bits, and from an engineering perspective, it would be a nice idea to EQ certain synths from spilling into other synth's sonic space on the frequency spectrum.
My style is actually quite similar to yours; I love bombastic synth melodies playing off of each other.
Cheers and good luck!
