Fair enough, its just my opinion. Not every tracks have themes, but in my opinion, the good ones do. Its just another word for mood or the way that some tracks tell a story.
OK, I gave it another listen and maybe its not the theme. I think atmosphere or mood would have been a better choice of words. Its hard to tell since its a main bit sample. Basically the melody is a fairly sombre melancholic one, but the lead feels like its stuck out there and too obvious which is creating this standoff between the mood of the track and the obvious nature of the lead. If you hide the lead amongst other elements, I think you'll find that it has even more impact than if it was as bright and as cliche as it is.
Its hard when you get into aesthetic elements of tracks since its a personal thing. But I'd basically say that the elements need some glue to bind them together. Hope that explains my review a bit better.
PS: and Alanzo... you look like your 12 yeard old dude.. wtf?!
