It is indeed verrrrrryyyyy Cosmic Gatey.

First off, I liked the kick and the bass. They were both meaty and satisfying. I also liked the reverb-filled claps. The hats were good, but there was a few too many of them near the end.
Mark for beat - 9/10.

Let me just say that I hated the breakbeat. It just sounded so weak compared to the other samples - Get some better breakbeat samples, man!

Some loverrly layers.

The main chrous was ok, if nothing really memorable. The piano didn't fit in with the rest of the tune, IMO.

Mark for chorus - 6/10.

I liked the bit near the end, with the 'marching' style drums. Very original. But, the synth sounded out of place. Sort it out

Overall, I love Cosmic Gate, and this tune is very much like Cosmic Gate, so I like it. 7/10.

Hey, thanx a lot for the comments.......

i can assure it is all in tune, i admit that, the main theme could have a been worked with a bit more ....

And then marching drum section (or a 3/4 beat as many call it heh).
Im also 100% sure that the synths are in place there, i dunno if you have a hearing disability.....or........ but well they dont sound out of place to me.....

maybe someone could comment this too ?

Good work! I don't like hardtrance that much, and it's not very original (I think most hardtrance isn't ), but still goood.

Very well produced, and I don't think the synths are out of place in the 3/4 part

Keep it up

Well, I was a bit drunk when I listened, so maybe that's it.

when the first synths kick in, they sound very good
nice and hard

so far im like it man

at around 3.04 for the breakdown
there is some great sounds there
nice pads, but the breakbeat part doesnt sound too good IMO
overall man

its nothing special
but its quite a good track
and i can say i enjoyed listening to it

well done

what software/hardware was used to produce it?

Well, lotsa VST's alright actually.....

Trying to learn VAZ and FM7 decent, until then i use orion, quite a nifty proggy too.

But VST plugins for reverb/echo/flange and other stuff, but synths from orion mostly.

I'm inspired. I'm going to make a hard trance tune, or, at least, attempt to do so.

I need bass, though. What's that bass made in?

Thumbs up

Very nice work on this one...

The production is clean and the sounds are good... especially the drums

I like the breakdown with the sorta phasing synth and stuff... and the melody is nice and uplifting...

But i disagree about the breakbeats... they are like the ones SHOKK has used in one of his remixes..and there good

The synth is abit weak tho IMO..

Paino is nice too...

Hmmm, theres too much stuff to mention here, but overal, its pretty dayum good...

[Dan]
