minus one sample?
I'd take the one sample out where it sounds as if some drum sticks are hitting on pans. It disturbs the (good) rhythm, if you ask me.
Without it I think it is more trancy. I like the build-up.

I really like this track man, the start is brilliant, i couldnt praise the intro any more really!
Love tha arpy sound, it has an eerie sound to it and thats something i always like in a track, but the progressions straight through keep you well involved in the track, Love the break, those string synths you have used are spot on mate, keeps the emotion really well, but also takes the track in a different way for that moment.
Overall ive gotta say i really like it, and im going to play it again now haha!
It actually reminds me in terms of the way you have your percussion lined up of the new WILL I AM / CHERYL COLE tune, don't know if thats just me, but the start reminds me of it! Keep it up mate and keep posting your samples on here because i would love to check soem more of your tunes out

haha pots and pans, great name for a track! If im to be honest, that sound didnt really disturb nothing for me, in fact i quite liked you adding that sound in as it changed the track in those moments it was added, but if you feel yourself as though it doesnt belong in the track, then it could be worthwhile to take out?

Thanks Mike for the cool comments. Thanks for listening and look forward to hearing more of your great tunes.
craigb I named it pots and pans..hahaha...love that shit. Yeah i left the sound in there didn't change much of the tune. Added another synth on top of the bass and did some more automation. But think I'm just gonna let this one be and move on. Try and make the next one better. Trying not to get stuck on a tune for too long these days. Used to always do that and never ended up finishing anything..hehe
Anyways not sure if you will noticed the new synth line but its filtering up and down with the bass.

I think when the kick comes in that synth (which i like a lot) might do better more dry. the open hi hat keeps your attention long enough for the transitions to start happening and the other perc to come in which is nice. synths are totally on target, nice open hi end. it's pretty good as it is, but i the mix needs to stand out more imho.
