On the contrary the clarity of the sound is rather good. But I think there's something dissonant about one of the leads (0:06 - something like that happens a few times in the song). I think the song is missing a stronger "journey" part if you know what I mean - it repeats a similar melody with two bridges and fade ins and outs.
