Recorded in late 2004 and early 2005 in Berlin, Blitzkrieg Pop sees T.Raumschmiere build upon his hybrid of punk rock and electronic music unleashed on the masses in the form of his 2003 album Radio Blackout. Containing more apparent punk rock, twisted rock and ambient influences as well as his own vocals on "Sick Like Me" and "Blitzkrieg Pop," T.Raumschmiere also enlisted the help of his friends Ellen Allien (from Berlin's Bpitch Control label) on "Diving In Whiskey," Quasimodo Jones (from T.Raumschmiere's own Shitkatapult label) on "A Mess," Sandra Nasic (from European rockers Gauno Apes) on "A Very Loud Lullaby" plus French newcomer Judith Juillerat on "3 Minutes Happiness."
