Yes, and they won't be loosing their panties unless they can be sweet talked by a smooth and persuasive macho persona, and that won't be a possibility when their eardrums are ruptured, hence, no one will be sweet-talking but heckling, MUCH, MUCH harder with the heckler face. As illustrated below.
