Is this for practice or stage? What is your amp? What will you connect them to, drive them with, etc. Where will you use them, and how? Where are you located (country)? What is your max budget? etc. etc.

again, what are you going to hook them up to? Do you have an old reciever lying around anywhere? Maybe some ancient stereo reciever of a relative's? or will you need active speakers?
