Ok... so both these record stores have wicked selection... now the only problem is is with shipping. RAPID AIR EATS ASS!!! Not only does it cost $10 more then Airborne, but when it got to my country (Canada) I had spend 2 hours of my day just dealing with paper work for this shit. First I have to go to the office/warehouse of this express company to pick up paper work to customs so I can get my records cleared... they don't have customs brokers set for you like Airborne does with PBB. So now from there I have to go to customs at the Airport to fill out forms there. Once that is done I have to go back to my house still without my records and wait 24 hours (so they can inspect the packages) before I can pick up my records and pay for customs at the Airport!!!! Is this happening to anyone else since they changed shippers?? Where is the convience in this??? These orders should come right to my doorstep I shouldn't have to deal with this crap especially over a period of 2 days!!!!

WTF. It's happened to me and another friend of mine. Curtis, it's with DANCEGROOVES as well!??! I checked it out with Carlos (Mobius) and figured the shipping for it was ok for Dancegrooves(for the order I put in anyway it was...). If I have to pay extra when I get my ass to the airport I will be ANNOYED. Also that stupid ass new rule with the new shipping company is TOTAL BS. FUCK that...

It's supposed to be faster than Airborne, but I'm waiting for two weeks already. The worst part is, it arrived in Belgium more than a week ago, but they don't release it from their warehouse. Think I'll gonna pay them a visit soon.

The reason they switched shippers is that Airborne officially fused with DHL. Airborne itself doesn't exist anymore in Holland. And it seems they even charge more than Rapid Air.

This happened to my bro once and that was it for his vinyl-relationship with dancegrooves.com. He had to drive all the way to Pearson just to pick up his order ---> which IMO is a bunch of bullocks.

As for Only-Djfreaks.com (no sp? here), another bunch of wankers who screwed up my CREDIT and order...nonetheless, they've eaten up my money via their CREDITFUBAR'ed system....so my relationship with OnlyDJFucks ended a long time without a single reply or email from their so-called "Visible" customer support? Are you guys fuckin kidding me?! You really had to go to the airport yourself? I just placed an order with OnlyDJs just yesterday. I picked Rapid Air obviously cause it cost a lot less than DHL. So Rapid Air just keeps the things in their warehouse and I have to pick them up myself? If this is the case this is ridiculous. I live in the States, the Bronx to be specific, so I have to buy from online sites out of the US. But whats the point of having an air carrier that won't deliver to your doorstep? When I made my purchase, it said that they would be 3 day shipping. What was the problem with you? Is this a legit business or something? I wasn't sure of picking Rapid Air but it cost so much less than DHL. Dammit if this is what happens to my order I'm going to be way fuckin pissed. I don't have time to visit their fuckin warehouse! I simply can't do that! Does everyone who uses Rapid Air need to go to the warehouse to pick up the order and fill out paper work? WTfuckinF!

last time i was on onlydjs, i think i had 2 or 3 records in the basket and i checked shipping DHL was like 50 bucks and the other was like 20, which is way too much for me. so i said fuck it and didn't order.

shipping costs like that are just rediculous.

I think the main problem is is that Rapid Air doesn't have custom brokers automatically set up to care of that customs crap when it comes into the country. Airborne had PBB Global Logistics to take care of that crap for us, but Rapid Air has no one... this is nonsense.... it should at least go to the nearest post office where you can pay customs there.

Dancegrooves and Only-Djs changed their shippers about 2 weeks ago. Chemical is alot cheaper, but it takes a little bit longer.
