FinalScratch left-side problem

I just purchased FinalScratch v1.5 today and after setting it up I seem to have a problem with the left side of the ScratchAmp.

No audio seems to come out of the left side and feed into my mixer at all. But it is still semi-working as the software registers the deck, and my vinyl movements.

The right side works pefectly, i've switched deck and mixer channel and it works just as well, so they're not the problem.

The Tracktor software shows exactly the same on each deck, playing the same tune etc. The only difference is that there is no signal getting to the mixer from the left side

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Return it and purchase Serato Scratch Live instead, people are saying really good things about it, and people have had alot less problems with it then they have had with Finalscratch.

I urge you to do the above, you wont regret it.

Everyone rips on FinalScratch. It works for some and doesn't work for others. Don't discount it completely, if you get it working like mine (which worked out of the box) it's fantastic and I love it.

Right, but if you have a defective scratch amp, like i did, good luck getting stanton to replace it for you. Screw FS and get scratch live.

Maybe, you need to turn scratch amp off then plug all your rca cables in then turn it on.
