Tough call, The 707 is a nice mixer as it stands.
Depends, can you see yourself mixing with more then 2 sources?
In that case, look into getting a new mixer.. The 707 should hold it's value quite well if it's in good shape if you sell it second hand. (Didn't they discontinue it as well?)
Anyway, otherwise you could get a CDJ1000, for the time being, sell the cdj200's and save a little bit and buy a second 1000, i dunno though, the cdj200's give you .02% pitch adjustment like the 1000's. Obviously the 1000 has many other benefits as well.
When using your setup, what seems to limit you? Or what do you wish was slightly better? Your mixer or your cdj200's?

ps. if it was me, i'd get myself a lovely mixer, the 200's would last me for a while longer, and i'd be able to see what happens in the next few months regarding the whole cdj1000mk3 thing..
