Big Ears Problem with setup knobs on my midi-kontroller

hi, i have an edirol pcr300
i just resolved my problems with the midimap-setup but now i have another one only with the cutoff knob....when i play a note and after i turn the cutoff knob the sound goes down and when i issue it i listen the notesound with the cutoff's mods

why????
