Just wanted a standard set of FX I can take on the road so that I always have the same facilities wherever I play... and this definitely does the job very nicely
Now I've got a week to get good enough with it for my gig at Turnmills next week... (for those of you who don't know, Turnmills is a very well-known club in London and was basically where the hard house scene started lol as well as currently hosting The Gallery, Tall Paul's very popular house/trance Friday night, which is the night I'll be playing for... can't wait!)

With a bit of luck there will be a bit of EFX use in the demo I'm gonna record in the next couple of days, although it's unlikely to be particularly extensive use as I've only just got the thing!

They look very cool.
Several months ago I listened to your Techno mix. And in it I believe you were using looping and some effects(no?) if so, what effect processor did you use/have before? Have fun with the new toy!

All of my previous mixes have just been done with the fx on a Denon DN-X1500 and a bit of ingenuity lol (like I've had the fx send set up to feed back into a channel, instead of the fx loop return, allowing me to put the sampler on its own channel and EQ it etc)... it hasn't been until now that I've even had CDJ looping facilities available to me.
Since my last demo, I've now got a CDJ800 and now an EFX1000... hopefully I'll be able to do something good with it! But as we all know, at the end of the day the tools don't do any of the hard work for you - it's what you do with them that counts!
