This is because there is not as much noise in the track when its in a breakdown /mellow part. Remember thery are vinyl so you will hear static noises now and again - Fuck all you can do about it

Dont take offense man Ive been reading your posts and your way too paranoid about yur decks/carts/stylus/static etc etc.

Enjoy your set-up and your tunes man Don't try too hard when you practice or think about these things as much and you'll progress quicker.

ps I was exactly like you when I got my decks but I didnt have a PC to come on TA and ask the kind of questions like you have (I would have been the same)
