so i want that all of my tracks in my music library must be like this: Nic Chagall and Duderstadt - Alone With You 128 5A with BPM and key.

after that for mixing them in any soft or in any equipment, it's easy to choose them.

I know several softwares from which i can find keys and bpm, but to rename them in batch i don't know.

There is a utility program MP3Tag that will rename groups of files or reset specific MP3 header tags all at once, but I've never been able to figure out the exact way to get it to do the renaming, it's sort of a programming project and their documentation isn't very clear. Maybe a similar utility can do the job easier.

I've set up MP3Tag to rename files to my standard format based on the artist and track name in the MP3 header, but haven't gone beyond that.

If you can put the BPM and key in 2 different MP3 header fields, and I think that is possible, it should be possible to get MP3Tag to use that info plus artist and track name, to generate the desired file name in a single file or batch operation.

Really. Does it automatically import the file name into Serato or Traktor or would you play the file from MIK since the track is technically in MIK. How does it work for a CDJ? I know you can use Rekordbox but for say an older CDJ.

Thanks for the info.

Not sure. I know MIK lets you write that info directly into your file's ID3 tags. As for the file name itself I really couldn't tell you. I do it manually if I have to.

thanks Adam420

it's really work

But i found some problem in mixed in key, when i'm making rename of id3 tag, It cuts part of title and inserts bpm and key. So its trouble in traktor, because traktor reads only the title.

Do you know why its making like thisor how to solve it?

thanks

Use MIK to analyze your collection then go through one by one and pull the info from the tags within the track and rename the file name to your taste. This is also good as a means of committing to memory what tracks are in what keys.
