Anyone seen the "mock"-umentary made by Pete Tong on this "ficticious" dj that goes deaf?
I bought it last week and I have to say it's def. worth it...

The scientist cannot capture the whole cosmos in thought. In his mind he makes a kind of microcosm, which we see as an analogue of the cosmos. In this way we try to get a feeling for the whole. The artist, I suppose, gets a feeling for the whole some other way.”

I thought it was good, it's brittish humour on most of the movie but the directing is alright; Coming from someone who isn't a director (Pete).

that was my problem with it...the directing...meh. I love British humour but this was just too contrived.

You guys are just now getting around to seeing this? I thought it was great. Agree with every point made above.
I liked the part where he confesses to his manager that he shagged his girl, but "I only did it in her bum". Like that makes it ok!! That was hysterical.

I haven't seen it, but I'm going to go ahead and say it isn't better than Maestro.

Yeah, it usually works out for prescient beings such as myself.
