Club Spin is in South Beach (Space is in Downtown).

The owner of Space owns the name to Club Spin (he used to own Spin as well, but now it has other owners).

Space does the bookings for Spin; so that's why if you buy the Space 5-day pass, you can use it either at Spin or Space (or both).
