I respectfully disagree

This was the most boring set I have EVER heard from Digweed. After two hours of fluffy progressive, I left. I hope that Transitions 4 is better.

It is great to see John playing progressive so consistently again. Mansion, the boat, and Vagabond. Awesome stuff.

For fans of progressive, yeah I really liked the more techy-minimal sound that he's been playing for a while.

HEY I didn't know you were coming to conference!! I would have at least liked to say hello at the party!

I actually went to Vagabond last minute after meeting the owner of Vagabond who was on the boat with me Fri nite, he invited me to check it out last minute. I would've met up with you

What an amazing night! Hernan has a nice opening set, but tonight was all Digweed.

Definately one of the most amazing sets I've ever heard in my life. Nothing but BOMBS, all night, one after another! God, I don't even know how to describe it, it was just mind-blowing.

Unfortunately, Hernan held back on the progressive. I truly think he was showing respect to Digweed, opening for him, and not going all out. I thought his set in Vegas last year was much better, (not that his set at Vagabond wasn't good, it just didn't have much progressive) and we all know he has the tracks to lay down if he wants to. IMO, he didn't want to 1-UP Digweed on John's own night. He did a VERY good job of building up propper for Digweed with that minimal/electro-ey stuff (I'm not too good with the genres), with Digweed starting off his set with the same sort. Then after the first hour he just layed down progressive bliss, and I spent the rest of the night listening to one track after another in total disbelief.

I find it hard to believe there was a better party, musically at least, at WMC this year.

personally i dont find the sense in a world class dj like hernan not going all out during conference, even if he was opening. and i dont see a fellow professional like digweed getting too worked up if he decided to bang it out. i guess in the end it was a nice gesture, but come on its conference, its time to destroy floors, and thats what people are paying for.

the music that night was pretty amazing. granted some of the more deeper, stripped down prog isn't for everyone but i really appreciate what hernan was playing. I left early b/c I had the privilege of seeing Digweed play at Mansion and also his suprise 45 minute set at AM Only event but when I left he was playing some really druggy fuck your mind shit. by the way, anyone agree that the sound system in that club blows ass? the levels were way too low and literally no bass.

You listened to the wrong two hours then I got there a bit late and it was definitely the show of the conference, especially the last hour. Anyone know which heaven scent remix that was? Unbelievable.

Also, vagabond is now my favorite club in miami - $5 red bull, awesome patio, automatic reentry without getting any shit from the bouncer, etc. win!
