I'm usually disappointed when there are no lasers at special events, especially if the music is uplifting trance.

I wish event organisers would understand how lasers can make a huge difference to the experience of an event. They can take the experience to such a greater level, especially with such music as uplifting trance.

I was very impressed by the lasers at Nukleuz DJs at Gas on New year's eve. I have never seen so many lasers in a nightclub environment. There were full-colour ones too. It was awesome!
I wish that we can see this kind of laser setup again for future events at Gas.











Ideally I think the advertising material for events should specify what kind of laser and lighting setup we should expect to see. If there are lasers specified then there is more of a likelihood for people to want to attend.

lasers are the shit. Ive read we dont get them (very often at least, ive only ever been to 1 event with a laser) since in WA there is no difference between industrial strength cutting lasers and lasers for show (legislation wise) so they have to have someone there watching the laser while its on and making sure it works properly, which costs an insane amount.

so yay for perth.
