Question Is corel a good program for sig and avatar making?

i just want to try making some stuff it sems fun when you learn to do it

ah, I made that signature in Corel 2...in combination with an other program...
Can I send to the *.cpt file maybe so you can save it yourself as a JPG file...I've got serious problems with savin' I can only save it in the NOT-SHINY version
