Well, since I missed UNDERWORLD in Miami, I am definitely going to head out to crack central, Long Island. Also known as Riverhead, to go camping and do the whole festival thingy. Anyone wanna go camping with me? I am surprised this event is happening out here but I am definitely down for it.

So your going to get a 2 day pass with camping. Thats 150 $ for this line up Radiohead, Beck, Underworld, Beastie Boys, Sigur Ros, The streets, The roots, and a bunch of unknowns? Thats 100$ more then ultra.

I am going. just like them to split all the good acts between the 2 days so I have to buy the 2 day pass. grrrr... lol

Well, it seems cheaper to go camping. I mean, Riverhead is only a hop, skip & a jump for me but I am a country gal and I love camping. I don't know...I think it might be worth it!

I will have to see how Germany is and how much money I will need to go back the first week in july.

I got really excited when I saw this.. But then I looked into all the details and it stopped looking so good..

- you get 10'x20' space for your tent (WITH your car)
- no drinking
- no campfire
- no being loud after 2am

Of course we don't know how strictly everything will be enforced but I dunno, when I saw that it totally made me change my mind... Don't mean to be a party poopa but that's what I thought..

I wouldn't camp there. If you check the lineup dates, the Electronic Music part of the event happens only on the first day. The second day has has the bands and the oldies groups. Get a one day pass to see Underworld and Radiohead and end it there. The lineup keeps changing also. Sasha & Digweed were on there along with Layo & Bushwacka but now they're both gone.
