i just found out i passed my final thai-boxing grading!!! i can teach now!!!! work said i can use the kenwood hall!! i'm so chuffed! can make some extra ££ now! a few ppl have already said they want lessons! this is turning out to be a great year! were gonna have to celbrate soon ish! i will start stocking up on the booze and "other " stuff!

well i'm giving my mate danni private lessons until i start it off properly!
i tried doing muay thai ages ago... till the mentor wanted to demo sommat in front of the class using me. I had to kneel down and hold the pads up, whilst he belted it full force with his shins... i swore i flew back a few feet man... it didnt hurt, just the force of it, thinking how hard he must be
had a tear stroll down me cheek after that
