the dark vocals at the beginning, i thought it was part of the tune,
but i heard a local DJ spin it (the tune with the dark vocals) and i was mesmorized.

the lyrics are something like
"phase one; the seed is planted when opposites attract"

"phase two; the flower blossoms thru what seems to be a concrete surface, ie greed, racism, insanity, physical and social handicaps."
