San Trancisco = a journey through the history of trance, old skool stylee.... the era represented is 1995 thru to 2002, and all the huge trance nights from Melbourne's past are represented, by the dj's of the time.
Jason Prior presents a set from what was IMHO the BESTEST partays ever in Melbourne, Liquid. You had to be a member or get a guest past off a memeber to get in, and there were always heaps of people trying to scam a way in. the parties were in a different location every month, and you'd call a number on the day that told you where the party was being held. it always held an air of excitement, and trance was the major force in dance music at the time.
Matt Crawford presents a "best of" from his 7 years at Run, held every Melbourne Cup weekend in Novemeber at the Palace. These parties would usually sell out within a week of going on sale.
Mark James presents a set from the legendary Mansion days, and believe it or not, his sets at the first two San Tran parties were awesome!
Zac Curran plays tunes from Magnitude which is currently Melbourne's biggest trance party, having sold out the Metro a couple of weeks ago. We're talking 3,000 people listening to 8 hours of uplifting trance.
Sample Gee brings 11 years of experience to the table with the best of New Zealands longest running dance party "The Brain".

Make no mistake, these are the best trance dj's of the time.

.... oh yeah... & there may even be a 5AM recovery afterwards with all the current guys... stay tuned!

I got play in the final of the dj comp but Jem and I will definitely endeavor to make it down to see the old skool boys rock it!! Looking forward to it as I havent had the chance to go to one yet. suprised there hasnt been much talk about it????
