he deserves to be locked away for life.

This doesnt mean he's being deported.The court has to go through proceedings to decide whether they want to force him to leave Canada. There are no time limits on these proceedings, so it could be forever.

If you actually read the judgements for Zundel's appeal to the supreme court of Canada, the judges in his favor make some very interesting arguments for why his right to freedom of expression triumphs.

Bottom Line is he violated free speech.

I hope we kick him out asap and get rid of that racist.

Jail time is not the right term. Not only wil he go to Prison In Germany but they will throw away the key. Hate Crimes are Punished TO THE EXTREME in Germany. We have some of the toughest Hate crime law.s in the world now. On Top of that Zuendel Wilg et Ass raped DAILY as the Warden will most likely give him a "nice" cell mate to be his "bear". But I thought all he was doing was exercising his right to free speech? It's not like he's actually killing Jews or anything. Besides, I'm against all forms of "punishment." My theory is that basically, when someone commits a crime or error, it's because they are mentally ill in some way, and "punishing" that person is like punishing a handicapped person for being handicapped.
