If it was happening in August it would havenhave been announce in about April...even now a GCSSS in december would need to be confirmed this month for it to go ahead. Big events like Two Tribes or Utopia are always announced at least 3 months before hand.

tiesto was booked for TT03 this year but was double booked and didnt play...
