Yeah that's true. You have to use a Sharing Client like WinMX or Audiogalaxy and search for well known artists such as DJ Scot Project or Hennes & Cold.

do a search pretty much anywhere for something like "hard trance". youll get a bunch of sites, pages where ppl have some songs, and other crap. you might get lucky and find a page dedicated to new hard trance. just takes work.
