hey everyone i know this isnt the right forum for a question like this but please help me out..i went to shadow zone and i dled their little registry thing and i updated the registry..i go to dl songs, and theyre in .doc format! what the hell do i do??? thanks for the help everyone

rename .doc to .exe

i renamed to .exe and they still remain as word files! the little icon doesnt change it stays the same what should i do???

are U sure that your Windoze is letting you see the extensions of the file? that might be the problem
anyways, set windows not to "hide extensions of the known filr types" and rename again

are u sure you did the registry thing ok
try it again by running the app u got from shadow zone to update the registry
rename the files u Download from shadow zone to .exe
just the file extension is all u need to change
then run the file by clicking on it
it will then convert the exe to a MP3
when it does so u should see a program open that say something like tie-fighter mp3 pop up
the original exe file remains too as well as a new MP3

I've done all that and it still doesn't work....it just goes to winamp and pauses???
